Read on, as this could be the new opportunity you've been looking for!

My client is a well-established law firm whom for the last 30 years have specialised in financial miss-selling and – more recently - data breach claims. Originating in the USA and having recently branched out to the UK, they are now growing their Manchester based team.

Reporting to the Managing Director of their Manchester office, you will join a team who pride themselves on working with full transparency. This law firm is a caring yet professional one, who sees every new case as an opportunity to right a wrong, improving the community in which their team and clients live.

Responsibilities and skills required for this role will include:

  • Responding to new data breach claims from new customers
  • Assessing data breach claims and processing them by following specific tasks which must be carried out for each case meticulously
  • Contacting customers to update them on their case throughout as well as responding to incoming enquiries
  • Assisting the wider team with their day-to-day fee earning responsibilities where needed

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Having strong academics is essential, a degree in law such as your LLB and the LPC certificate would be preferred – however other degree level candidates will be considered with the right ambition!
  • An interest to learn about data breach cases and wider legal sectors such as financial mis-selling
  • Ability to closely follow instructions and be meticulous in your work – each case must be assessed in the same manner as the last, this involves a number of tasks which must be completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ambition to learn, drive to succeed with a growing firm, and organisational skills will be key for this role!

Sounds like something you’d like to be a part of?
