We are currently seeking Customer Service Advisers to work within one of the UK’s fastest growing and successful finance businesses. The role offers an excellent salary and benefits, flexible working and lots of opportunities to develop in the future.

We would be keen to speak with anyone who has previous experience working within busy retail environments, customer services, telesales, or telephony-based positions, in a role such as Customer Service Adviser, Telesales Advisor, Sales Assistant, or Sales Executive. This role would also be suited for a graduate/school leaver looking to make the first steps within a rewarding finance company. The role requires candidates who can demonstrate excellent communication and people skills. 

As a Customer Services Adviser you would be required to –

  • Respond to Inbound and outbound telephone enquiries in a professional and respectable manner
  • Maintain customer account records by recording / updating and deleting information as required
  • Updating electronic and paper filing in order at all times
  • Record any dissatisfaction / satisfaction information in line with the company procedure’s
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Collection of initial product or service problems
  • Completion of welcome calls as required
  • Promotion of retention scheme during each customer interaction where possible

This role is based near Sevenoaks and offers a salary of £18,000-£23,000. The role requires you to work Monday to Friday, shift patterns between the hours of 8am –8pm, and 1 in 3 weekends 9am-5pm/10am-6pm (day in lieu).

Hybrid working will be offered based on performance, the advisers must work in the office for a minimum of 3 days a week. 

Please note, it's absolutely essential that you are able to commute to the offices with your own transport, as the nearest public transport hub is a 1 hour walk. There is free off-site parking close by.

There is a tailored training program which is discussed with new starters to find a preferred style of delivery.
